i) Edward Wyatt, South Kyme, Lincolnshire, farmer Mary Holmes, Walcott, Billinghay, Lincolnshire, widow (formerly Mary Wyatt, spinster) Edward Wyatt, South Kyme, farmer Catherine Taylor, Martin, Timberland, Lincolnshire, widow (formerly Catherine Golding, spinster) ii) Joseph Bird, Beeston, Sandy, farmer Samuel Bird, Beeston, farmer George Wright, Girtford Bridge, Sandy, merchant's clerk reciting Will of William Leigh of Beeston, cornfactor, dated 5 May 1804 by which he devised ... all freehold property in Beeston, and garden and orchard adjoining (5 roods 13 perches), then in occupation William Ball, to Mary Smith, for life, and then to friends Richard Bird, Edward Sutton and Thomas Street, in trust to pay yearly rents to John Smith, son of said Mary, for life. Property to be sold on his death and money raised to be distributed among children of John Wyatt, Edward Wyatt, Abraham Wyatt and Elizabeth Golding, his cousins. Residue of personal estate to be placed at interest, which is to be paid to John Smith for life, and then to his children. If no children, then to children of cousins Wyatts and Golding. also reciting fate of various trustees and beneficiaries so that there were no surviving trustees of the Will By Order of Court of Chancery of 22 July 1854, ii) were appointed new trustees of the Will ii) as trustees, have sold the premises to William Underwood and Ebenezer Marshall for £252 and £166 £1,021..18s..5d still remains owing as the remainder of estate of William Leigh now in consideration of £255..9s..7d payable to each of i) i) release ii) from any further charges and claims signature of Edward Wyatt (1st mentioned) marks of Edward Wyatt (2nd mentioned) Mary Holmes Catherine Taylor endorsed witnesses: William Foster, George D Pennell
