rent - £80 per annum
- 3 dozen of "good young pigeons" at i)'s London house
- £10 for every acre of pasture etc. ploughed up
- 40s for every acre ploughed land sown 3 times without a summer fallow after a second crop
- £5 for every acre sown with flax, hemp or teasels
