    to daughter in law Frances, the widow of late son, Mathew Denton, deceased ... annuity of £20 payable out of Stotfold property, to enable her to better maintain and educate her children to granddaughter Elizabeth Denton ... 2s per week payable every Monday morning, out of above property, if said sum is transferred or assigned, it shall cease and daughter Elizabeth Ansell and grandson Mathew Denton shall expend the money for the benefit of Elizabeth to daughter Judith Ansell ... all messuages, cottages, lands etc. for 7 years if she shall so long live, chargeable with the sums of money and upon trusts hereinafter mentioned and after determination of said term of years then to grandson Mathew Denton to grandson Nicholas Denton ... £200 payable out of Stotfold within 7 years after testator's decease ... interest on said sum at 4% per annum from age 25 until payable to granddaughters Etheldred, Caroline and Frances Denton ... £60 each on marriage with approbation of mother.
