    Recites Bond; John Davies borrowed from Abraham Bourne £150 principal by bond of 3 July 1690, penal sum of £300, to be paid back by 4 January next. The sum was not paid. Reciting Will of John Davies dated 28 December 1694 whereby Davies devises messuage and lands after death of his widow to William Farrer and Edward Bourne, in trust that Farrer and Bourne should sell the messuage and lands soon after the death of his widow for the payment of Davies's debts, especially to pay Abraham Bourne £150 with interest. NOW Farrer and Bourne have paid Abraham Bourne £60 of the debt; Mary Davies has advanced the sum of £90 as well on credit of the bond. i) to iii) the bond in consideration of £90 Signatures and seals of i) and ii) Witnesses: Henry Lowen, Alexander Bodon, William Cock, John Bradshaw.
