Recites lease and release of 19, 20 March 2 George II (1728) between George Wright of Goathurst, Buckinghamshire (eldest son of George Wright deceased); ii) William Wright of the Inner Temple, Dame Elizabeth Vanaker Sambrooke; iii) John Thurloe Brace; iv) Francis Jessop
Which in turn recites lease of 21, 23 December 1723 between i) George Wright deceased (ii)) and Francis Brace (i)) whereby Brace to Wright:
… all his lands, tenements, messuage, woods described in the said indenture now in occupation of Wright, proviso for making void the same payment on payment of £1,365. The sum was not paid at the times specified.
Likewise reciting that Brace since the death of his brother has sold part of the premises.
Whereas Jessop at the request of John Thurloe Brace has agreed to pay Wright all the interest also to lend Brace £192..9s.
In this indenture, in consideration of £907..11s paid by Jessop, George Wright junior, with the consent of George Wright senior's executors has bargained and sold to Jessop
… property as in PE61 with appurtenances
Also in consideration of the premises as well £192..9s which with the £907..11s makes up the total principle of £1,100 paid by Jessop to Thurloe Brace.
