    Property as in PE61 Recites PE63 and PE64 Brace to Wright i) whereas the sum of £1,365 has not been paid at the times specified and the premises have become legally absolute ii) whereas Maragert Sandys has refused to be an executor to George Wright's Will, the others have had to bear the burden of the execution iii) whereas John Thurloe Brace has, since the death of his brother sold off part of the premises viz. the Falcon Inn and the Bell with tenements adjoining and a piece of ground adjoining the Bell on the E. side of a stable Brace has paid George Wright £500 arising from the above sale which will be part of the principle due on the security (?) This indenture witnesses that in consideration for £970..11s paid by Jessop to Wright i) to ii) …the property as in PE61 proviso if Brace's heirs pay Jessop at his dwelling house in Bedford Town £1,155 (in two parts) then this indenture is void Signatures and seals of the parties Witnesses: Benjamin Pomfrett, John Grey, Samuel Arch, Francis Musson Receipts for £970..11s and a further £192..9s, making together £1,100
