- 6 acres 1 rood arable whereof:
… 2 acres 1 rood lying next the common field N, the said close called Rolts on W., the land of John Davies and the orchard of the messuage and land of Mr Risely on S. and E., which said 2 acres 1 rood lie in West Field in Goldington
… 5 roods more in Windmill Field in one piece, with Small Crofts on S., land of John Davies on N., land of Benjamin Haselden, esquire on E. and W.
… 3 roods more in same field, the brook N., land of Benjamin Haselden S. and W., land of John Davies E.
… 1½ acres in River Field or Ray furlong being 3 lands in Ray furlong or Lake Head, with Lofts on E., headland of John Davies on W., and land of John Davies on S. and N.

To uses of William Odell and wife Martha for their lives and the life of the longer liver, then after their decease to the use of [Stephen] Odell for the term of his natural life. After his decease to the use of Grace his intended wife, then to the heirs of Stephen Odell.
