    - 3 "rentalia" lying together in le Wellestrete [Well Street] in parish of St Pauls, Bedford - with gardens and other appurtenances, lying between the tenement of Andrew Monyer on E., and a certain garden of the prebend of St Mary of Bedford on W., of which - one "rentale" on the E. part of the other two, with garden adjacent, extends from the garden of John Botemond to the kings highway leading from Bedford to Bydenhamford - the other two with adjoining gardens are together extending from a parcel of the garden belonging to the first "rentale" to the said kings highway To have and to hold i) to ii) their heirs and assigns from the capital lords of fee.
