    7 lands or ridges of arable land with appurtenances in the E. field of Wroxhill called Manngewoode field in the parish of Marston Moretaine on a certain furlong called Stonyland, whereof - 6 lands are together between land of William Gostwicke, gentleman, Thomas Sugar and Thomas Basterfeild on E., and the sward land of Henry Edwards and of i) on W., and the N. heads thereof doe abutt on the land of Henry Edwards - the seventh land lies on same furlong between land of William Gostwicke on E., and land of Thomas Sugar on W. and the S. head thereof abutts on land of Gostwicke and Basterfeild, and N. head abutts on land of George Gatesby, esquire - also one parcel sward ground, commonly called Horsepole lying in Manngewood field by the pasture of i) and the pastures of the said Thomas Peirce on the W.; and the N. and S. heads thereof abutting on the sward ground of Henry Edwards and all appurtenances to sole use of Roger Peirce his heirs and assigns.
