James Metcalfe Dobson then under 21 years
i) with agreement of ii) had out of £5.,725. £1,000, £100 and £100 in satisfaction of several legacies to ii) but in lieu of declaration of trust being executed by i) with respect to £12,000 ii) agreed to give up same and execute a release and iii) also agreed to do so in respect of his share in £5,725
Therefore ii) release
… i) and all property in mortgage of 17 August 1849
iii) also releases i) so that £5,725 might sink into freehold and inheritance of the same hereditaments for the benefit of all persons interested therein
