i) Samuel Crawley, Stockwood, Luton, esquire ii) Maria Musgrave, Harley Street, Middlesex, spinster iii) Sir Philip Musgrave, Eden Hall, Cumberland, baronet Christopher Musgrave, cornet in H.M. 14th Regiment of Light Dragoons William Laxham Farrer, Lincoln's Inn Fields, Middlesex, esquire William Matthew Coulthurst, Lincoln's Inn Fields, gentleman fortune of ii) consists of £8,750 3% reduced annuities which have been transferred to iii) as trustees by lease and release of 12, 13 July (executed just before this deed) the estate of i) was conveyed to iii) on certain trusts, one to provide £1,200 per annum for ii) if she survives i) trustees have power of sale of stock and can buy property ii) to be paid £210 per annum for pin money provisions made for children, except an eldest son, who under will of John Crawley, uncle of i), shall receive an entailed estate on ii)'s death signed: all endorsed witnesses: Charles Henry Maltby, 64 Lincoln's Inn Fields Charles Hollier, 5 Lincoln's Inn
