Thanks for use of house at Whitehall. Off to Newby [Park]. Dogs not likely to be had. Case packed up & directed to Count Massin. Cheeses & hung beef for Grantham. Nuncio's coach seats full, including a small box of cut glass. Lobkowitz's cloth & tool box and Mr. Botat's Saddle. Dislikes border Wright has put on both. These and Chaise at Giles' nearly finished. Gray's letters (bound so that Guisti may have it) mention King and Queen of Naples. Can send Baron nothing else "unless Johnson's pamphlet division no Tyrrany". Called on Prince Masserano. Snuff spoiled, kept so long. Got Magellan and some other Spds [Spaniards] into House of Lords last Friday.
