    i) Amabel Frances Garth Colleton, 40 Half Moon Street, Piccadilly, Middlesex, widow ii) George Jenyns, Bottisham Hall, Cambridgeshire, esquire Francis Glanville, Sconnen [Sconner] St Germans, Cornwall, esquire By his will William Gambier made provision to make fortunes of his daughters Amabel Selina Haynes, Frederica Charlotte Agneta and Harriet Maude equivalent to £10,000, and residue to go to his son Gerald Garth Colleton Gambier When making an account of the estate it was discovered that there was a deficiency of nearly £5,000 which would be required to discharge remaining debts so now i) releases to ii) as surviving trustees of her marriage settlement from dividends arising from sum of £5,500 3% Consols (part of £26,000 like annuities) to use the proceeds of sale of said annuities to discharge unpaid debts of husband signed: i) witness: S C Nicholls
