Copy court roll, Manor of Cranfield: - conditional surrender out of court by Thomas Kent, via Francis Taylor, one of the headboroughs, of (a) cottage in Town End, Cranfield, now divided into three tenements in occupation of Thomas Kent, John Webb and William Hix with yards, gardens, barns, stables, shops etc to the use of Thomas Partridge and a yearly rent of 1/6 to secure £50 at interest - “12 December 1737 we present this surrender as it is Richard Partridge, Andrew Park”
