- 4 February 1708 [1709]: absolute surrender of Charles Dymoke and Elizabeth, his wife of (a) pightle of sward called Poetnall Pightle, Cranfield containing 5 roods, formerly perquisite of William Grumant; to the use of Charles Dymoke for life, remainder to Thomas Dymoke, his son for the life of Elizabeth Dymoke; followed by admission of Charles and Thomas Dymoke;
- 10 May 1709: Charles Dymoke, steward, witnessed absolute surrender out of court on 4 February 1708 [1709] by Thomas Dymoke of (b) all his copyhold estate in Cranfield to the use of his will
