    Richard Brewer of St Sepulchre, London, carver and wife Jane (a daughter and co-heir of Willoughby Johnson, to Richard Lane of Mill End in parish of Hambleden (county Buckinghamshire), esquire [recites that Richard Brewer and wife Jane are entitled to the reversion in fee of after-mentioned premises expectant on determination of life estate of Elizabeth Lea (late Elizabeth Osborne)] … a cottage called the Homestall, with barn and stable, in Wilshamstead; a close of pasture (2 acres), bounded South East by a common way called the Field Way, and tenements of William Tompkins to South West, North East, and in part North West; and also 15½ acres dispersed in the common fields of Wilshamstead, viz: 6¼ acres in Hill Field; 4¾ acres in Mill Field; ½ acre thereof being fenced in abutting on the North corner of Home Close; and 4½ acres in Town Field; all in occupation of Thomas Payne (to hold to Richard Lane for ever) (Covenant to levy a Fine) Witnesses: John Roberts and Richard Brewer junior
