…devises his manor with appurtenances in which he lives, and closes and lands [no details[, to daughter Sarah Bagshawe; in trust for grandson Edmund Bagshawe, until he is 24; which said Sarah is to receive one-third of profits for life; and in case of death of Edmund, the property is to be divided among the children of testator's son, John Bagshawe deceased, and his daughters and their children.
