    [recites X520/161] (Covenant to levy a Fine) … of a messuage with appurtenances in Wilshamstead, in occupation of James Brazier; also 10 acres of meadow in Goldington Meadow in Goldington, in occupation of William Crawley; meadow or pasture ground called Barne Close in Cardington, adjoining the Parsonage Orchard, and 8 acres dispersed in the common fields of Cardington, in occupation of William Crawley; also a cottage with orchards and backsides called the "Anchor" in Fenlake in Cardington, in occupation of John Woodward; and the Mannor Woods (140 acres) in Cardington, together with the soil. (To the use of George Blundell for natural life; then to use of William Naylour and Robert Boothbye for life of George Blundell to intent to preserve contingent remainders, on trust to permit George Blundell to take rents; then to use of Sarah Blundell (wife of George Blundell) for natural life for her jointure and in full bar of her dower; and then to use of their heirs; and for want of issue, to right heirs of George Blundell for ever).
