    William Nailour Blundell, esquire (eldest son and heir of Francis Nailour, esquire, and nephew, heir and devisee of George Blundell, esquire), all of Offord Darcy (county Huntingdonshire) to John Hollis of Brownlow Street, St Andrew, Holborn, gentleman … of a messuage with appurtenances in Wilshamstead, in occupation of Anne Crane, widow; and 2 closes (33 acres) called Gornes and Pinsers alias Pursers Close, in Wilshamstead in between Ivorie Lane, East, and a close called Little Hatchfield, West, abutting South on a close formerly of Thomas Hillersdon, esquire, and North on the common green; and a messuage called "the Anchor" in Fenlake in Cardington, and the lands therewith holden now in occupation of William Toyer; and also 6 acres 2½ roods land dispersed in the open fields of Cardington, Fenlake and Harrowden, in occupation of William Urin and Ebenezer Custerson, farmers, viz: 1 acre in Sharpe Field in Marshleys Furlong; ½ acre in same furlong; ½ acre in same field in Middle Furlong; 1 rood in Cotton Field in Middle Furlong; ½ acre in same field in a furlong called Hookeditch; ½ acre in same field in Sidebrooke Furlong; ½ acre in same field in another furlong called Sidebrooke Furlong; ½ acre in Harrowden and Cotton Eastfield in Cross Furlong; 1 rood in same furlong; 2 roods in same field in Cley Furlong; 3 roods in same field in a furlong called Harrowden Church Path; ½ acre in same field in Radebrooke Furlong; 1 rood more in Radebrook Furlong; and ½ rood in same field in Broadway Cross Furlong; and his selions of meadow or pasture in Fenlake Mead containing 1½ acres lying in 2 parcels of 1 rood and 5 roods in a furlong called Fenlake Leys; and also several pieces of meadow ground in Goldington containing 10½ acres, viz: 1 acre called Millers Acre in a place called Press Mead, abutting South on the River Ouse; 1 acre (being a square acre) in Southmead; 1 acre (being a square acre) in Southmead; 7 acres in a meadow called Workholme with "his backrey or fishery" in the Workholme; 1 rood in Southmead; and 1 rood in the same furlong Witnesses: J Douthwaite and Henry Mason [armorial seal]
