Edward Radcliffe of Elstow, esquire, and Thomas Cheeke of Lincoln's Inn, esquire,
to William Tompson of Wilshamstead, yeoman
… Several closes in Wilshamstead called Goldington Fielde alias Goldingto[n] Fielde [sic] (38 acres), Hye Fielde (80 acres) and Crosse Meadowe (10 acres);
also a messuage in Wilshamstead with appurtenances called "The Buryesteede" or Parsonage house, butting North on the churchyard, East on the common green, and South on the London Common highway;
and a close of pasture adjoining on South side of said messuage (5 acres);
together with all wood, and tithes in occupation of Simon Stratton (except one fourth of the tithe of corn and grain belonging to the Vicar of Wilshamstead)
