Mrs. Worsley's situation, retain Batt for her if Wilmot has no objection. Hope Harry Pelham not prevented from dining by illness. Took drive towards Lord Grantly's, returning via Studley. Mr. James Wilkinson and his nephew, a sailor, dined. Now drinking tea at Mrs. Blackett's. Mr. Wilkinson perisshed at Minster tomorrow. Mrs. Hardy, Mrs. Haddon & Siere/Siere dining at Newby with Mrs. Smith. Lords North and Burke very entertaining, from Mr. Woodfall's account. Pitt, fine & able. Fears opposition may make for long days & sessions. Had a haunch of Newby Venison.
