Dined at Sir James Harris' with Lord Northington, Batty, Moysey & Tom Pelham. Went to & from City by water. Too hot to ride to Hammersmith. Papers report again of Fritz's going to the Continent. Lady Harris in good spirits, walking with assistance. Debate in House of Commons may take more than one day but need not stay for conclusion.
