Devises all his real estate at Hawnes to his wife Catherine for life; then to daughter Susan White for life; then to heirs of body of said Susan as tenants in common; and in case of failure, to brother George Gibson for life; and then to nephew John Gibson and niece Mary Pritty, widow for ever as tenants in common. Bequeathes residue of personal estate to be divided between said wife and daughter Executrix: wife Catherine Witnesses: Edward Ashworth, Robert Street and Edward Lowther 21 May 1755 [Codicil, dated 21 November 1764, by which he bequeaths £10 to be given to Mr Burbridge, executor to the late Nathaniel Phillips, to be divided amongst his niece and nephews] Proved 13 Jun 1766
