    i) John Loke, Leighton Buzzard, innkeeper and maltster George Loke, 1 Broad Street Buildings, London, auctioneer ii) George Odell Agutter, Leighton Buzzard, carpenter Reciting deed of 29 September 1865 to secure repayment of £550 and deeds of further charge Reciting will of John Loke, the father of John Loke, dated 13 January 1870 and appointed his sons, i) as executors, and devised all real estates vested in him to them. He died on 25 August 1877. Will proved (Northampton) on 4 January 1878 ii) has sometime since paid to i) said £550 and also other sums owing, i.e. £250 and £200 (total £1,000) and all interest now in consideration of said £1,000 i) release to ii) ... 2 cottages in occupation of Charles Pratt and Thomas Rickford situate in Lower America in Leighton Buzzard, erected by ii) ... plot of land on which they are erected ... right of passage also i) discharges ii) from all covenants mentioned in deed of 29 September 1865 for surrendering copyhold properties as below: ... cottage where Richard Stevens dwelt and sometime past divided into 2 now in occupation of Francis Saunders and William Wright, in north end of Leighton Buzzard with close of garden lying behind signed: i) witness: Henry Pettit, solicitor, Leighton Buzzard
