William Claridge by his will dated 9 August 1862 appointed his wife and sons, i) as executors and trustees and devised all his lands to such uses as trustees should appoint (within 21 years from decease of survivor). Otherwise in trust for sale. Proceeds to be held on trust (including provision for Harriet Claridge)
He died on 1 January 1871. Will proved (Northampton) on 7 June 1871.
Now in consideration of £400 paid by iii) to i) on 5 July 1872 and £155..15s (total £555..15s) paid to i) by iii) with consent of ii), ii) at request of i) and Harriet Claridge, for purpose of releasing her dower, release and appoint to iii)
