    i) Ann Cotchin Mary Cotchin Sarah Cotchin, spinsters of Southcott, Linslade, Buckinghamshire ii) Richard Turney, Hockliffe, baker iii) Nancy Cotchin, Southcott, widow iv) said Sarah Cotchin v) said Ann Cotchin and Mary Cotchin Reciting will of John Cotchin, Southcott, farmer deceased, dated 4 October 1859 by which he devised all his real estate to his wife iii) and after her decease to use of Joseph Cotchin and ii) upon certain trusts John Cotchin died in January 1861 and Joseph Cotchin in December 1865 intestate and leaving his nieces, i), as co-heiresses, subject to the claims of his widow Henrietta Cotchin, to dower, which claims she has recently released John Cotchin thought he was seised of below mentioned property, held of the Manor of Leighton Buzzard otherwise Grovebury, but Joseph Cotchin was actually seised of the property so that i) are now entitled to said property now each of them, Ann, Mary and Sarah Cotchin has to decide whether she will allow will of John Cotchin to operate as a whole or whether she will claim her actual estate and will renounce benefits in will i) have agreed to carry out their father's will completely At Manor Court held on 12, 13 June 1862 iii) was admitted to the property. It is intended by all the parties that the said admission shall not be disturbed now i) release to ii) ... piece of land in Grovebury Field in Billington, Leighton Buzzard (22 acres 20 perches) North East: Leighton Buzzard and Hemel Hempstead Road East: Slapton Road South East: formerly Ann Fowler and John Hickman Binyon and Sarah Drage, widow South West: Grovebury Farm North West: said Joseph Cotchin to which iii) was admitted tenant on 12, 13 June 1862 to be held by ii) in trust for iii) to enjoy rents of same premises for life and after her death to pay said rents to iv) for her sole use and after her death for her children.
