Admission of James Cheshire, son of Richard Cheshire deceased, to ... cottage, long since divided into 2, in Heath, once in occupation Mary Felce, then Thomas Wootton, Jonathan King and -- ... other cottage in Heath formerly purchased of Richard Cox and adjoining to and lying behind on the North part of said above cottage South: common green of Heath East: highway to Reach to which cottage said Richard Cheshire and James were admitted at a court held on 7, 8 --- 1759 on surrender of John Felce and wife Elizabeth and bequeathed by Richard in his will to James [described as the SandPit House lately pulled down and rebuilt, in occupation Edward Bull and said James Cheshire. After death of James said property to go to his mother Mary, or wife Ann; said Mary and Ann are both deceased]
