Scope and Content
- devising to his brother Thomas a farm in Wrestlingworth and Cockayne Hatley in occupation of Browning and Swayne charged with payment of £50 to his niece Elizabeth Mackariss;
- devising to his brother Thomas all real estate in Cople charged with payment of 2 shillings per week to his cousin John Jetherel for his life;
- bequeathing £10 to Sarah Olney, sister of John Jetherel;
- bequeathing “only” one shilling to Sarah’s brother John Jetherel;
- bequeathing £10 to Mrs Sarah Breck of Potton;
- bequeathing £3 to the poor of Kempston and 30 shillings to the poor of Sutton;
- bequeathing the residue of his estate to his brother Thomas whom he made executor;
- witnesses: William Lenton; Ceeser Bingey[?]; Samuel Luke
