    - the Manor of Eaton alias Eyton with appurtenances; the manor-house and dovehouse in Eaton Socon, and a close (2 acres) on backside thereof, in occupation of Richard Levitt; and also 2 acres arable dispersed in the common fields of Eaton Socon, viz: a selion and a gore (½ acre) in a field called Longcroft, with land of Thomas Wetham, esquire W., and Gray Purdue E., abutting N. on the common lane and S. on land of Thomas Wetham; a selion (½ acre) in Shakers Way, between land of Thomas Ladds W., and Peterhouse College E., and abutting N. on Staplehoe Way; and 3 selions (1 acre) in Divilhoe alias Duloe Stocking, with the land late of John Gowler and now of John Waller E., and abutting S. on the common street of Duloe; now in occupation of John Hipwell. And also a cottage in which Richard Saunders formerly dwelt, in Eaton Socon between the messuage formerly of John Brackin, esquire and then of Mr Webb N., and a close sometime of William Thody, and afterwards of John Emery S., and abutting E. on the common street formerly in occupation of Philip Dixie, then of Richard Busby, and now of Corrill Medlow Witnesses: Christopher Hall, John Edward Carter, William Day and [?J B]illett.
