Lot 1: Home Farm, containing about 218 acres 1 rood 33 perches, with farmhouse, premises and 3 cottages, with certain exceptions let to John Boulnois for 7 years from 11th October 1927 for £120 p.a.
Farmhouse built of red brick with slate roof and approached by a gravel drive. Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor: glazed entrance porch; drawing room with French doors to garden; dining room; morning room; conservatory; two small offices; WC.
First floor: 4 bedrooms; dressing room; bathroom; WC; 3 maids’ bedrooms.
