William Joyce Sale of the greater part of the leasehold and the whole of the freehold of the property in Aspley Guise in the Settlement to Reverend Daniel Shipton of Husborne Crawley, clerk, and Elizabeth Hervey of Aspley Guise, spinster, for £1,986. The proceeds, £1,986 (after deducting charges for deeds of 3, 4 November 1796 and the present deed) are assigned to ii) in trust to place out at interest for use of Sarah How for life, remainder to William Joyce How in tail, remainder to Thomas How in tail etc.
