- Scope and ContentRecites that ii) had agreed to take a lease, and has now agreed that iii) shall have it. Piece of ground in St Martin in the Field, part of Conduit Mead:- i.e. a corner piece fronting E. on a common footway or passage 16 feet wide out of Conduit Mead to the W. side of Swallow Street, and fronting W. on an intended street to be called Conduit Street, and abutting and adjoining W. and N. on other ground let to 2.; It measures 40 ft N. to S. on the E. front next the passageway, and 28 ft 3 ins E. to W. on the S. front next Conduit Street; 34 ft from N. to S. on W. side, and 45½ ft from E. to W. on N. side (plan included) Also the building now being erected on it. Lessee covenants to complete the building now being erected, in return for which he need pay no rent for the first 2¼ years; the house is not to be used for or by a butcher's house, sheep slaughter house, tallow chandler, melter of tallow, soapmaker, tobacco pipemaker, brewhouse, victualler, distiller, farrier of blacksmith.
