Does not doubt that the first tome of the Academy's Lucubrations was duly put into Grantham's hands by Mr Cervantes, as directed by Oconry. Mr Darwin says he had lately sent some olives to Grantham from Seville, following Oconry's instructions. Asks Grantham to tell him if "Mr Watty Love" [Waddilove] is yet returned from England, as he intends to write to him as soon as he is in the capital. Gives his compliments to Grantham's brother.
