Recites: Conveyance - £65 -1 June 1664 J Johnson of Hinckley, Leicester, clerk and wife Martha Zacheus Breedon of South Morton, Berkshire, clerk 2 acres meadow (1 in Crabtree Furlong, 1 in Fullwell Furlong) late in occupation Francis Coleman then Richard Tilcock 6 acres arable (2 in each of 3 clay fields), part of 60 acres 1 rood Common for 2 cows (1 in Fen and 1 in hills) and 10 sheep Will of Zacheus Breedon, bequeathing above property to daughter in law Jane (widow of son Thomas Breedon) on condition of paying £60 towards discharge of his debts The £60 has not been paid, and Jane has since remarried with William Harvey Z Breedon therefore covenants to save harmless from demand for this £60
