Has received his Lordship’s favour of yesterday. With the consent of the Prince of Masserano, he has sent for his servant, Manuel, and informed him of his Lordship's desire to help him in the preparation of his journey to Bilbao. He was happy with his commission and set about the affair immediately in providing everything he may want for himself and two horses. Is glad that his Lordship has recovered so fast and is determined to come to town as soon as possible. Shall therefore only trouble his Lordship with the enclosed from Consul Gregory in case he should find it necessary to speak to the Count of Florida-Blanca or Murquz before his departure from the Sitio.
