    The marriage portion is £350, and in part payment of this i) covenants to stand seised of the following to the use of ii) for lives in tail:- Messuage etc. called Allens alias Collens Close adjoining, 2 acres, in occupation H Budd, adjoining ground of Thomas Russell E., Windmill Hill N., and highway S. Common for 2 cows on the Fenns, 2 cows on the hills and one horse common Moiety of 6½ acres meadow in Broad Meadow:- - 3½ acres lie in Swathes - 3 acres lie in Fleypond Furlong and Crabtree Furlong Moiety of 15 acres arable clay land lying dispersed in the clay fields of Aspley Guise, in occupation Thomas Russell, to be equally divided, butted and bounded by a terrier under the lands of Thomas Russell and J Wild 2 acres meadow in Broad Mead in occupation Francis Coleman:- - 1 acre in Crabtree Furlong - 1 acre in Fulwell Furlong 6 acres arable clay land (2 acres in each of the three clay fields of Aspley Guise), to be set out by Francis Coleman and Thomas Russell, part of 60 acres 1 rood in occupation Francis Coleman.
