Encloses a letter from Consul Katencamp for his Lordships perusal. Flatters himself agreeable to his Lordships sentiments "..on the different heads which he treads upon, some of which are not only of an extraordinary nature but in some shape pretty remarkable!" Takes the liberty of requesting his Lordship will take the trouble of telling the Duke of Losada that his last commission of earthenware was posted from Bilbao on 27th. Since he is due here in four days he begs his excellency to let him know if he is to forward them to the Escurial. Asks Grantham to inform Mr Spinelli that his Chariot will be delivered at the same time as his passport arrived at Bilbao and that he will be pleased to give the necessary directions to Mayor Domo to be there to receive the same or at least to attend at the Aduana [?] or Custom House. Also begs that Grantham will tell Mr Branchy that Mr Murquz will receive the box of handkerchiefs in a few days in which he will find two Opera glasses which he desires to be delivered to his Lordship.
