- Scope and ContentHas received a letter since last night from Messrs Duff and Welsh of Cadiz, wherein they advise that there is no change on the American front and affairs there remain in the same suspense since the letters received on 20th August last. Takes the liberty of troubling his Lordship with the enclosed account and Bill of Lading which is to be delivered to Mr Spinelly in respect of his chariot. He begs his Lordship to be so good as to receive it and to ask Mr Spinelly to return the Bill in order that he may send it to Bilbao with the appropriate directions.
