Conveyance (Lease and Release) by i) to ii) as trustees to uses, in consideration of the natural love and affection she bears to her only daughter Mary, now wife of William Bigg the younger of Woodside, Caddington, Bedfordshire, farmer and in consideration that William Bigg has paid to i) £120, being part of the portion of Mary his wife, and accepted instead a note of hand of i) for the payment of £6 annually for her lifetime, and in consideration of 10s from ii)
