    i) Mary Slow, Markyate Street, Flamstead, Hertfordshire, widow ii) John Sutton, Markyate Street, Flamstead, Hertfordshire, baker Thomas Munn, Kensworth, Hertfordshire, yeoman Conveyance (Lease and Release) by i) to ii) as trustees to uses, in consideration of the natural love and affection she bears to her only daughter Mary, now wife of William Bigg the younger of Woodside, Caddington, Bedfordshire, farmer and in consideration that William Bigg has paid to i) £120, being part of the portion of Mary his wife, and accepted instead a note of hand of i) for the payment of £6 annually for her lifetime, and in consideration of 10s from ii) ... closes as in RY147 to use of i) for life, who can lease them under certain conditions, then to use of William Bigg and wife Mary for life of survivor, then to use their eldest son and heirs, or second son, in default male heirs to the use of daughters to be divided equally between them, in default to use John Slow the son of Mary Slow for life, and his heirs, in default to use Edmund Sibley and William Sibley, brothers, and Jane Sutton, sister of Mary Slow, in equal portions witnesses: Edward Hickson, Samuel Hickson
