Recites: Demise for 900 years - 20 October 1641 Edmund Harding of Aspley Guise, esquire to Richard Croseley of Bow Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, blacksmith (inter alia:) Messuage and close on which it stands, 2 acres called Parkes Close Common for 2 beasts in the Fen, 2 beasts on the hills and for 15 sheep and 1 horse Assignment: -£90 - 28 January 1667/8 Richard Croseley alias Anthony to William Mather and wife Mary Demise for 2,000 years - 20 July 1586 Thomas Gregory to Michael Byworth Cottage with close, 1 acre Assignment - £40 - 2 March 1673/4 Robert Byworth to William Mather and wife Mary Close, 1 acre, William Mather east, Stavely Staunton west, Matthew Bread south, orchard and backside of Robert Byworth north.
