Recites: Mortgage by Gurney to Grace Millard for £1,300, 16 August 1834 and declaration of trust 23 August 1834 [NC560] That J Millard (late husband of Grace) was entitled to £600 secured on mortgage by J Bushell Mortgage by H C and W H Millard to Edmund W Ashfield; £1,700 on property in Hollingdon and Mentmore and copyhold of manor of Leighton Buzzard 7 October 1839 The mortgages of £1,300 and £600 have been paid off. The mortgage of £1,700 has been assigned to Samuel Reeve and a further £200 charged on it: these sums are to be held by Reeve, the interest of £1,300 being paid to Grace Millard for life, remainder to her sons, and the interest on remaining £600 being applied to the trusts of the will of J Millard.
