Recites settlement of following monies 27 July 1821 on trustees (now represented by iii).) £1,400 (mortgage of land at Soulbury made by Dame Sarah Lovett, widow, and others 10 May 1814) £700 (mortgage of land at Kempston made by J Burr, yeoman 22 June 1808) £450 (a further charge made by J Burr, son of above J Burr 22 December 1829) £750 now lying at interest at bank of Messrs J Dollin Bassett and J Grant of Leighton Buzzard £600 (mortgages of copyhold land of manor of Cranfield made by William Foster 5 August 1824 and 12 January 1826 and mortgage of freehold in Cranfield by Foster 5 August 1827) £100 (mortgage of copyhold land at Cranfield made by William Foster 12 July 1830) After Grace's death £3,000 is to be raised on above securities and invested for use of Elizabeth Sharland for life, remainder to J Sharland for life, remainder to children or assigns.
