All real estate in Leighton Buzzard and elsewhere bequeathed to wife Grace for life or widowhood, remainder to three sons H Candish Millard, Edward Candish Millard and William H Millard All personal estate to be held in trust by Samuel Reeve of Leighton Buzzard, grocer for the use of Grace for life or widowhood. After Grace's death £1,000 is to be raised on personal (and if necessary, real) estate to be paid to daughter Elizabeth Sharland.
