- Date free text30 Mar 1773
- Production dateFrom: 1773 To: 1773
- Scope and ContentMason and Co. have received letters informing them of the death and insolvency of Mr William Moloni of Cadiz, merchant, into whose hands they fear the money disembargoed by Grantham's intervention had come, a short time before his death. But it was never acknowledged by him to be received, nor was any of it transmitted to Masons or to England as by the sentence it ought. Masons inform Grantham of this in the hope that through his "powerful and beneficent influence, the sentence may be ordered to be literally carried into Execution & the Money of consequence transmitted" to them. Otherwise they fear it may all be lost "to those who are with the highest sense of their obligations".
