    Desires to be buried in church of Ham, Essex, as near as possible to grave of her late husband. Gives and devises: - All messuages and lands in Sussex to Rev. Mr. Bexworth Liptrott of Highgate in trust for use of her youngest son Nicholas Buckeridge for 99 years after her death, with reversion to any future wife of Nicholas, then to any child of Nicholas, then to her eldest son Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge and his heirs. Gives and bequeaths: - to son Nicholas plate to the value of £20 out of the silver plate that was his father’s, and goods to the value of £20 from his father’s household goods - to son Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge her pearl necklace, all her loose pearls, and her diamond buckle - to son Nicholas her two diamond crotchets with such diamonds as shall be left therein (she has taken out several of them), all her rings and all of her books in which she writes his name - to her daughter-in-law Mrs Mary Buckeridge £20 to buy a piece of plate, £10 to buy her mourning, and 2 red china basins - to Mr Bexworth Liptrott £10 as acknowledgement of the great pains he took in the education of her sons - to Revd. Mr. Paul Batchelor, fellow of St. John’s College, Oxford, two guineas - to each of her servants living with her at the time of her death £5 - £5 to be distributed to poor persons as her son Henry sees fit - her wearing clothes and linen to be distributed to the poor - residue of estate to son Henry Appoints son Henry Baynbrigg Buckeridge as sole executor.
