Recites Mortgage (Conditional Surrender) - £150: 3 June 1695 Dorothy Geadon of Leighton Buzzard, widow, to Thomas Thruston of Leighton Buzzard, cook Messuage in the Lecke End, Leighton Buzzard, in occupation of J Hinton, Abraham Hannell and widow Straite Repayment to be made at house of Arthur Tansey of Leighton Buzzard, bricklayer Dorothy Geadon died shortly afterwards, the mortgage was not redeemed, and Thruston was admitted. J Geadon is unable to raise the money and so quitclaims his equity of redemption.
