    i) Joshua Sprigge, Fellow of All Souls, Oxford Henry Woodward, Salford, yeoman and wife Frances ii) St John Chernock, Holcott, Esquire considered - £360 already paid by ii) and in performance of a covenant previously made by said Henry Woodward i) covenant and agree with ii) that they will in Easter term next levy a fine of - Girton Close (20 acres) in Holcott and late in possession and assigns so that ii) may peaceable enjoy the premises freed from all claims except lease of 1000 years made by Henry Woodward to All Souls College signatures i) endorsed witnesses Thomas Fisher Thomas Edward Edmund Hopkins Robert Chernocke, junior Thomas Sickling 4 April 1654
