4 acres arable lately occupied with the messuage or farm called the Unicorn: 6 lands in Grovebury Field in Clay Furlong, abutting on and including Peaks Pond, with sward round it (3 acres), William Claridge east, Mrs Ashworth south Headland (1 acre) in Great Stonhill, shooting into the London Road and parting Great Stonhill from Clay Furlong 2 acres lammas meadow ground late Pratts called Rackley Hooks, purchased by Arthur Mathews of Peter Day, esquire 3½ acres meadow in King's Mead (of which 2 acres 1 rood were purchased by Arthur Mathews of Elizabeth Perrott, spinster, and 1 acre 1 rood were purchased by same of Edward Ashwell, esquire), Mrs Ashworth west, land of late Honourable Mary Leigh north to which Arthur Clarke was admitted 30, 31 October 1788
