Scope and Content
Have received your two letters and when I receive the Bill will pay Mr Green for the use of Mrs Goldolphin, and Mr Salt. Mr Borret has great occasion for money, if your Lordship would pay what money you could spare to Mr Brace's clerk. I sent last week to your Lordship from Lord Bruce to request your coming to Town if Mrs St John was better for the business of my Lord Oxford which is since come into the House. Lord Bruce desires to know if your Lordship has a mind to alter your condition for he knows of an Earl's daughter whose father will give her £1,200 down and secure her £2,000 more
