Have received Grantham's letter of this morning, and send account current for this month, balanced by 32166:7 Reals which they will pay to M. Lapierre. Also enclose drafts for £500 on Mr Nesbitt in London to be signed and returned. It is some time since Joyes gave Mr. Talem notice of Prince Monforte's intentions of paying his creditors in Sicily, and accordingly desired him to send a power to some of his friends on the island to act for him. If it is agreeable to Grantham, they will write again to him on this subject.
